Diabetes Awareness Omnipod Covers

$24.99

These covers were made in Blue and Gray with a red drop of blood in the center to raise awareness for Diabetes. November is national Diabetes Awareness month and these covers are a great way to show your support and get people asking you about your Omnipod or Dexcom.

Please select which one you would like from the available options. Once that cover is sold it will no longer be able to be selected for purchase.

This cover was designed, 3d printed and sanded smooth before being water marbled using enamel paints. It has been clear coated with a protective resin and is very lightweight. These covers are meant to stay on the pod through everyday activities without falling off. Because of this, it's much easier to put on the cover after priming, and to remove the cover from the pod when it's not on your body (two hands are better than one!) They are reusable, durable, and a great way to give your plain Omnipod a little personality.

This cover is made out of a durable plastic that won't warp or loosen its fit over time. It can withstand occasional bumps or drops without breaking, and added flexibility has made it much easier to remove. This cover is water resistant, but due to its porosity can absorb a small amount of water if submerged, so I would not recommend leaving in water for an extended period of time.

Please understand that all of my items are handmade and not without unique little imperfections. Due to the hydro-dipping process that I use when marbling items, there can be areas on the bottom/inside of the item (and my hands!) that got painted too. There also may be empty spaces where paint was not present when transferring. This allows the paint underneath or the raw material itself to show through and often was intentionally done to contribute to the overall design. What you see is the exact item you will receive, I have cleaned and sealed each item to make it look neat and finished.
