Is my cover reusable? +

Absolutely! There are people in the Omnipod cover facebook group who have been wearing their covers since I started making them over two years ago.

How often do you update your shop? +

I post Omnipod Covers on Sunday's at 2pm CST. All other items are listed as they become available. If you don't see something you'd like dipped, head on over to my custom orders page and tell me what you'd like

Ordering

How do I order a gift for someone? +

When ordering a gift, be sure to checkout using your email address to receive all summary information, but enter the recipients name and address for the shipping information. I will keep prices and receipts out of the package and send those by email only.

Is it safe to order online? +

I use two very safe payment processing services, Paypal and Stripe. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out their security measures. Paypal or Stripe

Shipping

When is my order shipped? +

I try to ship covers as soon as possible, usually the following business day but not more than three days after your order is placed. This doesn't include the time spent making a custom order before it's ready to ship.

How long will it take to get my order? +

This depends on if your order is domestic or international. All orders delivered in the U.S. are domestic and the delivery is 2-5 days via USPS First class. If you do not receive your package after 7 days please feel free to email me

International Orders +

International shipping costs are dependent on location and start at $16 and increase depending on weight. They take typically 2-4 weeks ato arrive.

Customs Fees +

International shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight of your package. Due to each country having their own customs charges and rules, I cannot account for these when you checkout. Please contact your local customs office for this information on additional charges.

How can I track my order? +

When the order has shipped you will receive an automatic email at the email address you provided when ordering. Inside the email you'll find a clickable tracking number that will tell you where your package is

Returns

What is your return policy? +

I want you to be in love with your order. If you are anything less, please email me and I will work with you. I take most returns (excluding some custom orders) but request that you pay return shipping.

Do you offer discounts or sell wholesale? +

Each one of the items in my shop is handmade one at a time by me, and is priced to give me the money to replensish my materials. As such, I cannot offer discounts or wholesale items. However, I do occasionally have contests and giveaways on my facebook page @musedmediums and I regularly offer freebies to return customers.
